We stand behind the quality of our coffee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

How to Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at returns@chicagogrind.com with your order number
  2. We'll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Pack the product securely and attach the return label
  4. Drop off the package at any USPS location
  5. Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Products must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Products should be in their original packaging when possible
  • Opened products are eligible for return (we understand you may have tried the coffee)

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@chicagogrind.com. We'll send you a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund.

Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect after the current billing period ends. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
